Potential Art Theft on E*bay!!!

It's been a while, but I felt this matter was serious enough to warrant me getting off my lazy duff and posting a journal entry (among other things...)

I was browsing on E*bay, when I came across a listing for a DVD of 'MST3K - CONVENTION FOOTAGE ON DVD
'. [link] There is no pic of the DVD itself, but the thumbnail provided is what appears to be a blatant rip-off of a whole bunch of your MST3K character designs, all superimposed one over the other. It was listed by a seller that goes by the name of 'serialkillerinc' I sent a polite query to the seler to find out IF he got permission.so far no reply...
